It seems the rotors are soft material and combined with pads either stock for HP+ they are failing. See the pictures in this thread. Remove the spaces from the link.

The older 350z never had rotor issues like this. Doh.

Rotor Replacement Options
 
Down the road, aftermarket rotors will likely be available in the future like the 350Z time-wise.

I already have contacted a couple of brake manufacturing inquirying about two-piece/one-piece rotor replacements! It's a easy fix! I'll let eveyone know of there availability.

I've seen a few bad OE rotor results on various forums...
FWIW, Racing Brake has 2pc fronts on a signup pre-order on 'Driver
