****, you have skills bro, as I've told you before. Excellent modding taste--we see eye to eye!!
May I request a small lip in front painted black, kind of like a more aggressive INGS +1 lx front lip, and a side skirt that follows the same line, also in black, with a top-secret-esque rear diffuser poking out?
And, a slightly darker window tint.
thanks man!
ok, so for your request on a kit: I drew inspiration from the Ings, but followed the "up" lines of the 370Z's front bumper. I also made the sideskirts poke out a bit (especially towards the rear), and notched up the forward edge to match up with the front bumper. Finally, I added tint and Top Secret rear diffuser...
original PS:
mofokit:
I don't think the all-black would look right, so I just painted the lower "notched-in" areas of how I envisioned the front lip and skirts. I think this gives it a more dramatic look, and more importantly, reduces the bulk of the front bumper and profile.

Please, excuse the newb question... What is the name of those wheels?
Work Meister S1s.

My source image was a set of the standard silver S1s (a red 350 that Status posts every so often). I wanted a dark gunmetal with a glossy finish, so that's what I made.
hey do one with the fender cut off so it doesnt go right into the headlight.. make the leadlight line follow thru instead of going around the fender.. cut out fender. add more headlight.
u know what im sayin? i dont like the front end of the 370 at all
I know what you're saying, but when I photoshop cars I like to do it in a manner that is realistic. Working in photoshop is fairly easy; I think the trick is making it believable.
With this photoshop, I wanted to make something that is easily within the realm of the average modder. Could you do bodymods to retrofit a different set of headlights? Probably, but hardly anyone would do that. An aggressive drop, nice wheels, a little paint work and a kit done in a tasteful manner are things many would do.
before I started doing the body stuff I originally made the car red...going from yellow to red is simple, going from white to red takes a bit more time So, this is an early version I did in red; if I get a wild hair I'll do the finished version in red.
