Default 350z TPMS versatility?

ok heres the big dillema. I own a 2004 nissan 350z with stock wheels and since ive recieved the car ive done a bunch of stuff myself to make it more cosmetically appealing to me.

my next project is to change my wheels all together. i work with a guy who just sold his g37 and offered me his stock rims with tires for 500$ because i mentioned ive been looking on craigslist for a set of 2013 370z rims

now that i got the preliminary info out of the way my question to anyone who knows the answer is.

can i take my stock tpms sensors out of my 350 rims and use them in the new g37 wheels? or do i need to get new sensors or can i even use sensors at that point?

They should be able to swap over. You just need to replace the rubber seal if needed.

i was asking to be sure because the 350z rims are smaller than the g37 i didnt want to stick them in and have them alert for tire pressure even tho it can read pressure either way i just dont know how the TPMS works as its own system

Nissan uses the same TPMS sensors throughout their line-up. Your car's computer should already recognize it and it's based on tire pressure...35psi is still 35psi to the computer. The car does not account for tire/rim size.
