350Z Shut off while driving!
 

I have an 03 350z and while cruising at around 40MPH it completely shut off without warning. Nothing had given any indication that something was wrong prior to this moment. After it turned off it would crank but not start. I ran the codes and got cam and crank sensor faults. replaced both cam sensors and crank sensor and now it wont even try to crank, you just hear the clicking from the starter. I can hear the fuel pump starting up so i dont think its that. ANyone have any ideas what my next step could be cause im lost. Thanks

Get a load test done on the battery and double check all the connections on previous work. Clicking is usually a bad battery or starter solenoid.

Got the load test done and it turned out the battery went bad. I bought another one and now it's cranking but still not starting. I rechecked all connections and still nothing.

Check for 3 things, spark, air, and fuel. Crank the engine and remove a coilpack and plug. Smell the plug for fuel then crank with it attached to coilpack and watch for spark.
Check/replace air filter and all connections including tube under air intake snorkel.

How many miles? If its got million miles on it theirs lots that could have gone wrong.

Sounds like a crank sensor, Did you use OEM sensors ?
