Default Should I trade for these? (PICS)

Open to input.

Currently discussing a potential trade with a guy here in San Antonio.
He wants to trade plus cash. Is it worth it? Also, does anyone know what wheels these are? Or if they would even clear my brembos? Thanks in advance.

Mine

His wheels.

Yeah i was kinda thinking the same thing.
Instead of paying money for new ones, I was leaning towards getting mine repainted/powdercoated.
Of course a drop soon too.

Don't powdercoat the stock wheels dude as those look just fine on your roadster. Also, don't settle for wheels. Start saving now and when you can afford the actual wheels you want you'll be much happier.

Your Z looks good now OP

If you're looking to change things up, have you thought about adding some spacers? Enkei also make some good wheels for their price, lightweight too. Just food for thought

Appreciate that. Ive actually been looking into spacers but i want to lower it first. Originally wanted to go with springs but after a little research im thinking im just going to save a little more and coilovers.

I dont know if anyone said this, but I believe people like those OEM wheels so if you DO end up going aftermarket you will be able to sell those fairly easy if they are in decent condition.

I would not powder coat them. But I would get them as clean as you can and get them to showroom condition as best you can.

Maybe some 15mm spacers will tide you over till you're ready to spend on some nice wheels. 15mm spacers are easy to resell once you don't need them anymore.

or put a ad on CL sell your stock ones for 700-800 dollars and put that down towards new wheels if you are sick of the stock look.

Those after market ones, I wouldn't pay scrap metal price for them.
