Broadway Mirror blue tint 240mm

Up for sale is a used but in MINT condition broadway mirror. It has the blue tint (helps with the glare), 240mm I BELIEVE, and convex?? (able to see outside ALL of the trunk, less blind spot). Just got a car that has homelink so this won't be needed. $15 picked up, $22 shipped. Thanks for looking!

Does this replace the entire rearview mirror housing? Or does it simply clip over the existing OEM mirror?

It clips over the oem mirror, completely covers it
