This is the diagram I was referencing when mentioning the blown fuse. Sorry if it differs from FSM. Here’s continuity test result of pin 1 on harness E118 to chassis ground :

I got it. Now is it okay to test these through the front since I can’t backprobe or should I be testing them at the ABS module itself?

Harness like PCM, to the right of steering column above pedals. I removed harness and turned key to on position yet pump still runs nonstop when ignition on
