Where's Your Ipod?
 

Getting ready to install a new head unit ( alpine 9857) and i was wondering if anybody came up with a unique place to hide your ipod? pics would be great! Thanks

I run mine through my 9860 and just connect it in threw the little cubby behind the pass seat. Sorry no pics.

I took an iPod adapter apart and wired the power into 12 VDC and the sound output into the RCA line level inputs of my Pioneer AVIC N2. The iPod sits in the console. I live and drive near Los Angeles so I leave the thing on a playlist or random. Hearing one particular song isn't worth my life or an accident.

Mine sits in my passenger seat. I use the AUX-NISS converter to the stock 03 headunit. Works good but I would really like to find a nice mount.

I remember seeing a neat looking one on that Aerosmith's guys car (that is for sale) that is near the drivers knee.

Anyone have any cool mounts for the Nano to recommend?

I have a single DIN HU and a pocket under neath it, I ran the wire through a hole in the back of the pocket and sit my Ipod in there.
