What's behind the none Nav Cubby
 

Can any one tell me how to remove the center Cubby Panel, not just the door but the whole thing around the gadges and all, on an 04 Z With no Nav? I need to find out how much room is behind it and I'm very afraid of breaking anything. I also have the base radio if that matters at all.

it's pretty straight forward...hardest part for me was removing the climate control box. good luck!

As to the amount of room behind the cubby - nothing more than 1" (if that). it's a tight fit, but you can still route a good amount of wiring through the area if that's what you're looking for.
