Motorized Door on Navi won't Close!
 

I've tried to search for this on a few sites, but can't seem to figure out exactly what to search for. I don't have the drivers manual, so maybe I'm using the wrong words.

Anyways, I didn't realize before I was buying the car, but if you hit the button on the motorized navi cover, it will attempt to close, and get about half way there. If I use some non destructive force, it gets about 3/4 the way there, but will re-open when you start the car again. It attempts to close, but like a garage door, it seems like it meets some resistance after sliding out and stops, and returns to open.

I hope that is enough to explain it. Is their some TSB, or should I just put some grease on the gears, or pull a fuse and do it manually? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Can't do it manually.....mine got screwey too....what I did was have the door open up then pull out the power harness from behind the dash for teh door...door always stays up and open but it's better than watching the little engine that could of a nav door.
