First, purchase this '06-'08 Navigation Bezel:

Second, buy some plastic glue to secure the monitor to the back of the bezel. When I did mine I just secured it on the sides and nothing else.
Third, find an '06-'08 Navigation Control Unit. You can buy it from the dealer but it is quite expensive. Local salvage yard is probably a better bet.
Here is the finished product:
