Couple of questions that I tried a search on... I bought an 07 Enthusiast for my wife (yeah, I got it like that!) ha ha, and was wondering a couple of things...do any aftermarket HU's work with the factory wheel mounted controls, and if not, what would you fellas recommend for speakers, cuz you all know the stock ones suck!!! Any help would be seriously appreciated, and thanks!

Your question is very broad, so it’s difficult to answer in a short reply.

Many aftermarket H/U’s work well with the factory wheel mounted controls, and for those that don’t, you can get add-on components to support this.

You are very correct when you say: “what would you fellas recommend for speakers, cuz you all know the stock ones suck!!!” The stock speakers are only there so that you can have car entertainment, but never to provide anything beyond minimal sound. Here is a picture of the front speaker. Notice the low input requirement/limitation (i.e., awful output).

I always hate telling someone they need to search here since it’s not always efficient, but in your case, you need to do some (probably "a lot of") searching. If you search, you will get some valuable information that helps you make decisions about your planned CES.

After searching, you can probably drill-down to more specific questions that you will receive specific answers.
