a termlab is 650new. there is also spllabs there meter are very close to termlabs. usualy within a .1-.3 off. not used in competitions that i know of but they are accurate. they also cost about 350shipped.
it sucks nobody in my area has a mic. now a few hours from me in california they hold comps and things so im sure i will be heading that way to get metered sometime.

it's not that loud yet. it's about as loud as the single btl was. gotta remember the subs are only getting about 900 watts a piece right now. they are also in a much smaller airspace then the single btl was. which makes the box less efficient as well. it is moving some air though. it's also easily as loud as my buddy who was doing 147's on 33hz tones on the termlab. when i finaly get my new alternator and wire it down to a 5.ohm it should be moving some air. the subs are hardly moving at full tilt.

Dang bro you changed up quick!!! You make me want to finish mine already! lol
Looks good, you should get it metered right now also, and then meter it again later
I'm subscribed for updates
As for alts, wrangler is sweet! Irraggi is FKN expensive!!!! I would personally go with excessive amperage (if still in business ) lol

Tough to tell anything from the video there's of course going to be distortion. Lets see some hatch or windshield/door flexing. Or windshield front or rear wipers. How much power does the BC 3500 do? Is it because the way you wired them they're not running full power?

The amp does around 1900 at 2ohms which its wired at now. It will do around 3800-4k at a. 5ohm if I can keep the volts up.

I could care Less for flex vid.
The bottle trick is better in my book lol
Good job bro, but that box looks too small tho, IMO you would have seen equal or minimal +/- results with just one 12 in the proper sized enclosure , of course its just IMO
All that matters is that your happy

The subs are getting right around 1.9-2.0 cubes a woofer. Its not to small, its just not as big andefficient as my old box that was 2.7cubes foor the single 12. Funny part is it's easily as loud on 2ohms with both subs as it was with the single. Now yhe difference is, with the big box before it was super peaky and only played the lows. Now it has a flatter response and plays most frequencys well. The box is still within fi's specs and what others have used. It will just take me more power to get loud. I am at max box size for the 350z.

Yes I did. I heard both on that amp.
Fi recommends 1.5-2.5 cubes for the btl's. I am right in the middle now.
New setup is louder even at 2ohms. It doesn't play as low though, both boxes tuned at 34hz.
