After audio install: Windows, door locks and power mirrors won't work

I just finished my audio install and ran new wiring to all the speakers.

Went to take the car for a drive and realized the windows won't roll up.
Breakdown of the problems:
Power locks do not work using the driver side door panel.
Key fob locks/unlocks passenger side only.
Manual use of lock/unlock works fine.

Windows will not roll up using driver or passenger control panel.
Windows won't roll up using key in the driver side lock.

Power mirrors do not work.

Trunk will only open using key fob, rear button does not work.

No other problems with the car, power seats work, car starts and runs fine.

I've checked all the fuses I can find (driver side kick panel and near to the battery in both locations there) and couldn't find a burnt fuse. I checked the 40A fuse next to the battery (which I still suspect may be the problem, but it appears to be intact and checked with a voltmeter has continuity.

I'm quickly running out of ideas, please help :dunno:

Edit: car is a 03 touring, windows worked right before I started the install (rebuilt myself)

This is going to suck. Where in the speaker wiring did you make cuts? I hope that you didn't cut off the factory plug, and what head unit and 4 channel amp are you using?

I ran new wires to the door speakers (orig Bose speakers were long gone) and I did drill a hole in the factory plug at the door sill, but I was really careful to stay away from any wires). I'm using a Phoenix gold 4 channel amp that I've been using for years. Just installed new rear speakers and a ken wood amp for my existing JL audio sub.

Guess I should recheck the plugs and make sure i didn't damage anything there?

I think either the molex in the door jamb isn't plugged in good or you left the control panel in the door panel unplugged.

Nothing with the radio should cause what you have going on.

Yeah, I'm going to check the molex plugs, seems like that would explain everything. I checked the driver side door panel and it's plugged in well.

Problem fixed: it was the molex connection, cleaned them and made sure no speaker wire was getting in the way, everything works again.

I figured it was a connection. Glad you got it fixed!
