What's the COMPRESSION ROD?

Certain posts name the compression rod as a likely culprit
in the tyre feathering/roar problem.

Although I've looked it up in the manual, its description and purpose remains unclear.

Anybody enlighten me?

TEPID, could it be the Camber Rods? They are the only thing I can off in the suspension that resemble what you are looking for. Obviously these adjust the camber, the only thing is the Z's arent adjustable AFAIK.

Hope this helps!

As always
