How exactly do they install? Unbolt the old pedal and slap on the new one?

The stock pedal sits on a pivot arm and has a retainer clip holding it on, just pop that clip off (don't break it, you'll need it) rotate the pedal down and then slide it off the rod. Install the new pedal, re-install the clip and it's done. The clip may be a little tough to pop back into place but the tension of it is what holds the pedal in place.
Get a light, and a mirror, and you'll be able to see the clip before you attempt to remove it. |
