It's been a while but I beleive the size is about the same but for some reason they use a diffrent thread pitch.

Same length 35mm
Same Diameter: 12mm
Thread pattern has changed from fine to medium 1.75
The bolt is a grade 6, if you go to ace they have this patter
Tell them you need a 12mm 1.75x35mm grade 5 bolt

I looked everywhere for a grade 6, the dealer had them only. They were $4 a piece, The bolts from ace were just over a doller. The tensile strength from grade 5 to 6 is not enough to worry about. From what I heard, just brakes uses the bolts all the time when doing caliper repairs.

If I'm switching my 03 OEM brakes with some guy who has brembos, we can reuse eachothers parts right? Or is there anything else that I will need to purchase?

If you are both swapping peice for peice then yeah , you should both have eveything you need.

Are the OEM Brembo rotors directional? I would guess I could use them on either side, just wanna be 100% sure before I do the install.

OEM is not directional.

^ I didnt think so, I know with some aftermarket rotors, the heat sync inbetween the two rotor faces is directional. Thanks for confirming.

Does anyone know the torque specs for the caliper mounting bolts? I need to get some 22mm to do this and wondering if i need 3/8 or 1/2 drive sockets? Would i also need a wrench or will the socket wrench suffice?

As far as a socket or wrench - if you're using anything to torque it to spec then stick with whatever it is and whatever size that is. -use whatever works.
