DIY: SPC Toe Bolt Template

I see alot of requests for the SPC Toe bolt install template but never any links. I've scanned it for anyone that needs it.

Doesn't scan the nicest being white so it's a little rough around the edges but the measurements are correct.

what are the dimensions of this? the pic shows it to be huge.

pretty sure you have to print it first

Speaking of SPC camber/toe bolts. It's much cheaper to buy the bolts from www.rockauto.com. The exact same bolts badged AC Delco (including template) is only $28. A set of bolts for toe are only needed if you have lowered the rear past the 1.5" mark. Which is too low for daily street driving from my experience.

New Correct Size Template Image...

1 Attachment(s)
Just for reference on this because it prints so big, get it down to these dimensions:

The template is approx 1.25" (1-1/4") in total length

Pill shaped bolt hole is approx 1" in length

So you should have approx .125" (1/8") of space length wise between each end of pill and the edge of template.

See the attached image for a correct sized template, this one should print out the correct size.

Mods please move this PDF to the top if possible.

Cutting the doctors pill - I cant stress this enough, but cut out both sides when doing this install........the how to posted on the forum says that all you need to do is open up the inside, but if your alignment tech doesnt know this your eccentric toe bolt cant make a full rotation, your alignment tech will be wrenching like hell on your eccentric to get that last little bit of adjustment you need and he will damage/destroy the raised flats on your subframe, or roll the bolt inside the eccentric washer...

either way, it will fug it all up.
