lowering springs(what's the best)
 

I just bought a 2005 350z and I am going to lower it soon and was wondering which springs are the best. The lower the better for me, I just like the low look. Please post pics if you have them.

I read your post on the exhaust as well. You should try the search feature. You will find alot of good info.

I had the JIC SS/Ti. It came straight out from the left. I may get the HKS Carbon/Ti can on a custom pipe. I have seen that on here alot.

Springs-Tein S-Tech springs and Koni shocks. I doubt the best but will eliminate the bounce.

Bounce is a 2003 car issue, not on 04 or 05 cars with revised shocks. Though some 04's don't have the revision however.

It all depends on how low you want to go and what kind of ride quality you are willing to live with. When I mean ride quality, I mean sporty, or comfort. Tein S-techs, like what I have, are good for sporty driving, while not lowering the car that much. they have a stiff springrate, which is good for handling, but you feel more of the road with these. Tein has the comfort master springs, or control master, and these are gold, instead of green, and hardly lower the car, almost un-noticeable, and give a more comfort style of ride, with softer springrates. Then there is Eibach, H&R, Sprint, Tanabe, etc... tons out there.
I would honestly recomend one of the tein springs if you are not looking to drop your car more than about .7 inches. If you want more than that, Eibachs are nice. but often times it is all a trial and error thing, since everyone has different concepts of what is a smooth ride, or bouncy ride etc....
if you can, try riding in another Z that has a setup you are interested in.
