Anyone have Kinetix A-arms? I'm thinking about em..
 

I am running stance coils, hotchkis sways, and rear camber and toe arms/bolts. I would like to put front A-arms for track use, im thinking -2 to -3 deg front, and run about -2.2 rear. I am about to purchase the Kinetix a-arms, i feel that becouse they cannot be knocked out of allignment they are a good buy. what do you all think?

A few people have bent them at the welds, I would be wary

are you sh****g me. This is horrible news, anyone else i am set up to buy them for 180.

I bought them back when they came out and the market didnt have a big selection of them. After I received them and looked them over, I decided not to install them. Looks like something someone threw together in a garage and spray painted.

I would look into SPL A arms or even the Cusco ones.

damn keep it all coming, it sucks i told this guy id buy them, i heard they changed there design, i cant imagine them being weaker than the stockers

im reading other postes on searches i did and some really like them. say they are strong...

thoes look like they are well stronger than the crap that came on the car...Stock there is a flimsy looking aluminum peice

kinetix are substandard as hell.

How bout those Megan Racing ones? They're replicas of the Cusco ones. From the pics, it looks like they are solid.

They say they are meant for increasing negative camber only, not sure how much positive adjustment they have if any.

this is not an area of the car to cheap out on...and there are perfectly good options out there without spending even $600...

they have +/- 1.5 with my drop i will be able to go between -2 and -3 perfect for track and spirited street (if any).

OMG those Kinetix arms look flimsy as he!!. maybe if they didn't have that cutout area..

anyway, everyone has given you the same answers in both threads you've started - in the end, it's your choice what to go with, but you're now armed with everyones facts

Given the price of the kinetix, why on earth you would even consider them vs the SPC or Cusco is beyond me. Look at what the majority of people run, in the sub $400 a arm category - I don't think that is by accident. Not to mention, they are very very limited in their negative adjustment, which is what it seems you are trying to achieve. That welded heim joint, IMHO, is a recipe for disaster for track use, but, in the end, it's your choice

SPL, Stillen, Cusco are the only 3 I'd even consider, especially if you are tracking the car. I personally have Cusco on my own car, and love them. Perform great, give me tons of adjustment despite my very low stance, and have stood the test of time (many track days and the car is my daily driver too in the spring/summer/fall). The SPL and Stillen arms are also very nicely made, albeit more expensive
