Qestion on Brembo's BBK setup
 

Ok guys anyone with knowledgable info on how this will turn out plz answer.

I'm looking to buy the BREMBO Front 4-Piston 332x32mm 2-Piece Drilled Gran Turismo Big Brake Kit. As i know brembo doesnt make a rear kit for the 350z. So what i'm planning to do is get the OEM rear brembo kit from Nissan or either used. with the cross drilled rotors from brembo as well. How do you think this set up will be ? How important are the rear brake kits anyways, would I just be find running the Front kit?

would work very well, with or without the rear brake kit.

the rears would certainly balance it out looks wise, but the front Brembo kit is designed around the stock rear or Brembo rear - works fine with either one

Ummmm... hi.... brembo makes Nissan OEM brakes for the rear of a 350Z.

We are talking about the GT brembos though, which are only available for the front. Everyone knows about the OEM brembos

Get the GT Brembos for the front and some cross-drilled rotors and OEM Brembos for the rear would be my suggestion.

have you priced out how much the OE rear brembo's sell for? you might be in for a surprise.

Unfortunately, the Gran Turismo kits only seem to come in red, black, and silver. How much would it cost to custom order them in gold to match the rears?

We actually offer the gold color to match the factory rear Brembos for an additional $200 on our kits.

Wouldn't it be easier to get the GT kit in one of those colors and having the rears colormatched? Or is gold the color you wanted

Seems like a big hassle. You would have to disassemble the caliper, media blast the paint off, prep them, apply heat resistant paint that matches perfectly, apply matching decals, and then reassemble them. Paying $200 more for a color matched front kit seems more reasonable.
