I had the normal feel tanabe springs on stock shocks and the ride was a little bouncy but with good aftermarket shocks it will knock that out. Its a soft spring! To tell you the truth I couldnt tell the diff. between stock setup Vs. Tanabe NF besides the ride height!:)

As far as recommendations go, I have Eibach Sportlines with Tokico Blues and I love the look and ride. The ride quality is near stock; slightly harsher but not bone-jarring like you would get with most coilovers. The Blues are non-adjustable, but that was not a concern for me. Springs, dampers and all proper alignment parts (front arms, rear arms and toe) totaled less than $1000.

The drop is a bit lower than the NFs, which I preferred. I am fairly certain it's as low as you can go without coil-overs...but I don't deal with a bouncy ride, either :)

does anybody have any pics of the NF's with the stock 18's on it? I'm thinking of going with them, just wanna see how much of a drop it is...

Here is a pic of the NF's on stock 17" rims with a 20mm spacer in the front and a 25mm in the rear. I have had them for a little over a year and to tell you the truth the ride isn't very bad. People ***** and complain all day about them on here, but no one ever notices when they ride with me and I don't feel that it is too harsh.

On the issue of soft springs with D-Specs (I am running H-Techs), this setup gives you the advantage of being able to run real soft if needed.

If you install stiff springs your stuck with a stiff ride regardless of damper setting.
