check this site out, it gives you an idea. I changed other cars and it is ok. Just takes time, but not that hard.

The rears are easy, the fronts take a little effort and you need to be able to compress the springs.

do a search there have been a couple of posts with instructions.

they are a piece of cake, much easier if you have an impact wrench. I did mine in about 30 minutes a wheel. check out my site it has some pics during install

www.extremespeedonline.com check the gallery for the Eibachs install

I did mine in about 2.5 hours. The rears were cake.... fronts took a bit more time. I found it was very easy to do the fronts if I separated the upper arm from the spindle. Once that was done and the sway bar unbolted from the lower arm the entire lower arm and spindle assembly dropped down fine.

Go for it. I've only lowered trucks before I did the Z and had no idea how to do a strut equipped car... even still I found it was easily within my abilities.

By the posts here, it seems people are taking about 2 hours to do all four corners. If you want them professionally installed and live in southern California, you can call my brother's shop (Nissan master Tech for 30 years). He will install them for $100. Pm me and I will give you his phone number in Oceanside.

That is a good deal, if I had been quoted that at the begining down here I would have paid it.
