Okay,

When searching for coilovers online, all the online shops have "general" pictures of coilovers, but not pictures of the "ACTUAL" coilovers they are drop shipping to you...........

With the Z having both True and OEM styled coil overs please POST picture of ACTUAL 350z coil overs.

5. Didn't come with nut for rear spindle mount location - Autozone to find another. M12x1.25 hex head 17mm nut.
6. Does not have abs/brake line mounts on the front coilovers - must use zipties/alternate method.
7. EXTENDERS in rear - K sports don't come with extenders at all...... and i don't know if they now offer any...........you would have to look into it..they do have an allen key hole style adjustment, so anyone can purchase a long allen key and make their own style extender for those.........many other coilovers use an Allen key hole for adjustment...

HOW USED - I use my Ksports drifting and AutoX and of course i will occasionally daily drive.
Drifting - they are great - do what i want, can keep the Z body roll down to zilch and soak up bumps, etc...
AutoX - I find i have to pre-load the front springs to keep the Z from nose diving and compressing too much.
Daily - They are soft and compliant...rebound adjustment on the Ksports is not all that great and are more on the soft side then stiff side of rebound, but for daily driving they are really quite nice - so much so that others with coilovers comment on the ride quality when daily driving in my Z that its smooth and comfortable at FULL SOFT setting.

FRONT:

REAR: - True coilover style - no spring in the spring bucket.

I had a pm come in that i think is not a bad suggestion:

They asked:

"Hey on the coil over thread you just made. i was wondering if you could add what each one is more for example. drift, drag, autox, street. So when someone looks at the thread they see the strong points/weakness of each coil over.

I understand that there is no exact science as to which coilover is better for what type of motorsport, but if everyone can edit or add what they use their coilovers for and how they like it in a brief couple of sentences then that may be helpful to others.

if someone wants me to add text to their post, i can do that with moderator powers!

Specs I found on them:
Spring Rates
Front: 12 kgs
Rear: 11 kgs

HOW USED - So far I have only daily driven with them including some spirited street driving. With the damping set about 6/15th they are very tame and very nice to daily drive with. Even with the car low they are smooth and controlled. I noticed a HUGE handling increase with these over stock, far less body roll and the car feels significantly more controlled through bumpy corners.

UPDATE: After a few months daily driving I've got the car at a ride height I like (see first pic). Got an alignment finally. Car handles GREAT! I've go the dampening settings all the way up on the front and rear shocks. I find this is the best for my daily driving style (less bottoming out)The car rides great, nice and smooth, not bouncy at all. I do wish the springs were about 20% stiffer, they don't feel much stiffer than the OEM springs and with the car this low I bottom a front shock once a day at least, drag the underside probably 10 times a day. With a stiffer spring I think it would solve my front bottoming problem most of the time. The rear shock bodies are set as short as they will go, no issues in the rear at all this low. I've actually taken one of the two adjustment collars off the rear and bottomed the other one out to get the car lower. IIRC the front shocks are about 1" from all the way down on the adjusters, I have less than 1/4" from the top of the tire to the fender with the wheel turned, I can't go much lower without loosing turning angle with the current setup otherwise I'd be lower in the front.

Auto-X: - I've only had a chance to Auto-X the car once on these coilovers. It was with the car way too low on a somewhat bumpy track and before an alignment. So, my review has no relevance what so ever... I have the car TOO low right now to Auto-X where our local club does. I bottom out shocks hard on that course. I'll admit it, the car is setup for form before function right now...

One other complaint that I have: The nuts that come welded to the rear shock to hold it on to the knuckle are VERY thin, like 1/4". They strip after torquing a few times. I've since added another nut to lock them and hold everything tight.

This is with them "slammed" Tires are 245/35/19 F and 285/35/19 R for reference. This is before the suspension settles, so it did get lower. Also, I currently have one of the adjustment collars out in the rear, so it is even lower than when this pic was taken.

I did a test today to see how low I could go before the shock bottoms out. No worries at all, TONS of travel in the rear, I actually bottomed out my tire on the wheel well before the shock bottomed. So, with a shorter spring in the rear, these can go VERY low:

there are many companies that offer extenders with their coilovers......you have to research them...............

guys from now on, anyone adding thier pics..............add to the list "extenders" if your coilovers have them.......
