Sway bar's influence on overall RC

I'm looking at possibly doing some new front or possibly rear springs to balance out my Z with the addition of the LS2. My main question is does anyone have an actual equivilent spring rate of a stock sway bar?

From what I've seen based on some very very loose calculations and making an approximation of what my weight distribution is, I'm thinking my current hotchkis on 3 of 4 settting (4 being softest) it adds about 20% front roll couple bias or 11-12kg/mm at my current full deflection in mid corner.

Obvioiusly once it's all buttoned up and road worthy it will get scaled and corner weighted but, I'm bored and a nerd so I'm just looking for info I couldn't find in a search.

Nevermind I found some info on the Hotchkis site

350Z & 03- 05 G35 Front
Hole 1 = 1525 lbs/in (22% Stiffer than stock)
Hole 2 = 1845 lbs/in (48% Stiffer than stock)
Hole 3 = 2270 lbs/in (82% Stiffer than stock)
Hole 4 = 2855 lbs/in (129% Stiffer than stock)

Now I just need to figure out the motion ratio of the sway bars

Those #s are based on EARLY Z Models (03-04). Keep in mind 04.5+ models had a suspension revision and the front bar was increased by 17% over the previous models. Hotchkis has those #s as well..I think the #1 setting is actually SOFTER than the revised bars (instead of 5% stiffer).

Ah good to know, thank you.
