Wheel spacer lug studs too long
I bought some wheel spacer and the lug studs are way too long. They are actually pushing out the end of the OEM lug nut. All I need to do is cut about 3/16" off the end of each stud (they have an unthreaded end I could cut off). Or I could just buy new studs that are shorter. Does anyone know what the best thing to do is? Where could I buy replacement studs?

Open-end or extended (50mm) lug nuts?
|
hey guy that's a good idea. Since I will have to replace my lug nuts anyway maybe I should just get extended closed end like OEM. Do you know OEM size?
|
I would imagine they are around 35mm. Rays has the Duralumin 35mm and extended 50mm.

Cool- thanks for the info, I would like to get something as close to OEM as possible so I am going to check around, currently looking for the Rays to see what they look like

Those Rays are over $200!! Crazy

Thanks for the links- the thing is I don't want to have to use an adaptor. I checked on Gorilla's website and they have the longer sizes but only in 12M x 1.75 and M14 Lame
