Default Good Quality Spacers

Hey guys so I bought crappy spacers for my Z and one of the threads literally broke off during normal driving I lost a lugnut (almost the whole wheel too)! No one to blame but myself there. Is there a decent brand that hasn't given you guys any issues? No vibrations? Will probably get 15mm up front and 20 in the rear so hubcentric would be ideal. This may have been covered before but time goes on a pieces break overtime so let me know what holds up well for you! Thanks guys!

I have had the cheapest ebay 25mm spacers on my car(and cheap aluminum lugs, which I tighten with a 1200ftlb impact gun(middle setting)) for years and have taken the wheels off numerous times. Never had a problem.
