Default 05 35th anniversary good price?

So i just sold my 03 Acura RSX and now im searching for a 350z and i found an 05 35th annv leftover. i figure the car has been sitting for 2.5 years so they probably want to move it, their website shows it at 33500, what would be a good offer for this car, it also have navi and an auto tranny. I was thinking of offering 28k since kbb shows a retail of 323xx and private sales of 288xx so if i could pick it up for 28500 or 29 i think that may be a good deal for a car that retailed at 41k.

I found another dealer with the same exact vehicle but would not budge from 31500, I dont know i just dont see how this car can be worth this much just because its a leftover, or its a 35th anniversary edition

Something isn't right about a 2005 leftover. Leftover meaning that the car has never been titled. Be cautious with this one.

what mileage did it say? I almost got tricked by one dealer having an 06, which they said had been a brand new leftover, but it had 231 miles, and there was a safety inspection sticker plate, which dealers don't put here. So, Im thinking it was used. Maybe the 05 is actually used?

The car only had 100 miles on it, its definitly new, the car has never been registered or anything, there is actually 3 that i have found 2 in MA and 1 in CT the 2 in MA have around 100 miles on them and the one in CT has 2500mi because it was used as a demo. the two in MA one says 31000 now and the other said 31900 and the one in CT with 2500mi said 30500, maybe im just expecting too much but if you havent sold a car for 2 1/2 years then i would think you would want to get rid of them i mean they have already lost money so why not just cut your losses.

i have found 4 yellow 2005 leftovers one of which is a GT Roadster and that is not ideal for Maine driving. and i think thats the reason is because they are yellow.
