What's a good price for an 07 Enthusiast 6MT?

Hey guys... I'll make this as brief as possible.

I'm currently looking to trade in my 2000 Honda S2000 for a new vehicle. I was looking at the 07 350z enthusiast 6mt at a local dealer. they were going to pay off my S, and give me the car for 30k OTD.

just wanted to see what other people are paying for similar cars so I can have an idea. my friend in cali paid about that but i just want to see what people are paying in FL

Try www.carsdirect.com and start from there. Ask your local dealers if they can beat that internet price.

30K OTD is a decent price

I paid cash (financed else ware) and got my car - 2007 enthusiast, 6 speed, mats, kick plates, aero kit, tax, tag, title. It came to 31k (+ or - $100) total.

Thats invoice, and they had to locate and dealer trade a car that was still in shipment. I waited a couple weeks, but depending what you owe on the S2000, whether you are upside down or not, etc., that sounds like a bad deal.

Edit - Looks like that site is just invoice pricing on the cars.

zeekle Jun 6, 2007 11:56 AM

what options does the car you are looking at have?

how much do you owe on your current car?

M.A.R.C. Jun 6, 2007 12:23 PM

i'm not looking for options on the car.

i owe ~13k on my car. pretty much about what it's worth.

3 weeks ago I paid $30,600 OTD for an '07 6MT Enthusiast with no options (except floor mats and cargo net/storage thingy).
CA tax is 8.25%.
T.

Edit: carsdirect.com should give you a good idea of what you'll expect to pay (it's an avg of what everyone else is paying for the same car in your area). $31k isn't a bad deal as stated above. There's supply, demand, location and every other little thing in the world that can change the #'s.

Well, they sell at invoice basically, so don't pay much over if any at all.

I bought my 2007 6 speed MT Daytona blue enthusiats for $27,500.

Damn ... isn't invoice around 28,300 for an Enthusiast with the basics (floor mats/kick plates/splash and trunk mat)??? How did you get that price?
I'm fighting to get a MT Enthusiast in black for 28,600 plus TTT.
Here in FL dealers are sneaky they try to lowball you with invoice price then tag a 600 "dealer fee" on top of it...
Other states have a cap on the amount a dealer fee can be...not here...

davidv Jun 6, 2007 01:14 PM

Cant tell jack with a out the door price. What is the MSRP?

Bumpinjeep Jun 6, 2007 01:17 PM

Thats actually a great price. I paid around 31.5 OTD for mine with similar options. So with sales tax and other fees (9.1% on cars here in wa) it brings the total to around 28K for the car.

No invoice is not that much (at least in Northern VA), invoice up here is 27,375 with floor mats are $64 and trunk mat i think is about $40 not sure about the other 2. Like other posts have said, anything over $200 for processing is too much (funny considering today a dealership tried to charge me 300 for it). But yeah gl on finding your car. 31k is too much in my honest opinion although it may not mean much since im a new member. :p

VENOMSZ Jun 6, 2007 01:39 PM

Whoa...you still owe money on a 2000 S2K?
HOW?

SargentZ Jun 6, 2007 01:40 PM

31,500 on the sticker (side airbags, splash guards, mats and kickplates)
28,760 after VPP no haggle discount

pony_killer Jun 6, 2007 02:28 PM

i paid $31k out the door, my car had the cargo convenience package, wheel locks, backseat organizer, and lojack.
