Wow 8k miles on a 2004? That's 2k miles per year. I'm sure the exterior and interior is nice, but wouldn't a lack of driving it cause the seals, hoses, and gaskets prevent lubrication from the fluids?

The only problem is that the 3 yr/36 month factory warranty expired, but the powertrain warranty should still be available for a while. Assuming they at least drove it once a week to keep the battery charged, I agree that 22k is a really good price for that car.

$21.5 will be good if they throw in an extended warranty.

Can you buy the Nissan extended warranty after the factory warranty expires? I know you can buy 3rd party warranties at any time, but I thought that Nissan specific warranties can only be bought during the warranty period.

Thanks for your help and comments, I actually own the car and plan on putting it up for sale, but needed some insight on the market.

So how much are you selling it for?

GRZR Mar 21, 2008 03:15 PM

After looking @ AutoTrader & input from Forum, I'm thinking probably $25,000.
