Default Opinions needed

Looking to see if this would be a good buy. It's a 2003 nissan 350z with 140,000 kms for $10,000.

- Comes STOCK with 3.5L v6, 6 speed manual
- carbon fiber driveshaft
- visous limited slip differential
- traction control that can be turned on and off
- orange heated leather seats
- oil pressure gauge, volt gauge, ( a gauge with temperature, digital speed, gas milage, etc.)
- built in shift light, billet pedals, leather steering wheel
- A/C
- alarm system with keyless entry
- abs brakes
- power seats, windows, mirrors, doors & locks, etc,
- intermittent wipers, rear window defrost,
- cruise control,
- home link universal garage door opener
- auto dimming rear view mirror
- boss sound system with 8" sub behind drivers seat
- 6 disk cd changer & tape player
- front and rear independent aluminum suspension
- front and rear stabilizer bars
- front and rear strut tower braces
- rack and pinion steering
- block heater
- Regular oil changes done by Mobile 1 with synthetic engine oil
- Only premium fuels used and are required.
- OEM seibon carbon fiber hood.
- OEM seibon carbon fiber hatch.
- Anzo headlights
- UR aluminum crankshaft, idler, & water pump pulleys, with new belts.
- Motordyne 5/16's of a inch plenum spacer with coolant control valve.
- I wrapped the intake tube & air box with cool tape to prevent heat soak.
- K&N drop in air filter.
- NGK platinum tipped spark plugs.
- B&M short throw shifter with black nismo shift ****.
- Can have stock hood, pulleys
- has tire pressure monitoring system built in
- Can have 3 sets of keys & owners manuals.

** There is a hit and run that left a scratch on the rare driver side as shown in photo (close to rare driverside wheel), price already adjusted for it. **
