Can I afford the 370z if I pay full cash?
Let's say I save the money, and pay full cash
I'm 31 years old, living rent free, no debts, my only expenses are gas
I make minimum wage though like 1200 a month, but the 350z and 370z have always been my dreams car
Can I afford the 370z in term of maintenance, insurance, premium gas? etc
or would I be better off getting a touring 350z?

You're 31 and living rent free. Are you in your parent's basement? If you are making $1200 per month and truly have zero bills, I would think you could afford the 370Z. But you really need to think about your future and get some education or skills rather than spending the money on a Z.

Yes, you have the money for it. No, you cannot afford it at the moment. If you don't understand that, we can't help you.
Go make a plan, take some classes. Don't spend on a fancy car to impress people, it's not going to last.

HOw the hell are you living rent free and making minimum wage.
There is no way you paid off your house if you are making that. Especially after taxes.
No you can't afford one. Unforeseen living expenses or emergency's and having a sports car isn't worth endangering that cushion.

If you're truly asking for financial advice, here's the real answer.
at $1200 a month, you're bringing in $600 every two weeks. If you purchase a new $370Z, you're looking at roughly a $600 a month (give or take $30) payment with $0 out of pocket. You are already down to half of your monthly income on payments alone. If you're not paying insurance, you still have to pay for gas and maintenance like oil changes. Meaning, you will be living paycheck to paycheck and will incur debt on a monthly bases. If you truly are making $1200 a month, I would recommend a $7,000 car max.
Good luck

Take whatever you have saved for your dream car and put it into a 401k. Seriously. At 31 and making minimum wage I'm sure your retirement fund is off to a terrible start if you even have one.
Second order of business would be figuring out what you need to do to get a better job. I was able to make more than that bussing tables at 17 years old.

My father paid off our house, and bought another for him and my mom.
Thus, I live rent free

I already knew people were going to say that I cannot afford the Z, or that is stupid to buy one, even though I CLEARLY SAID I WOULD BUY WITH CASH, is like they try to find any hole or excuse in your story, to ruin your dream
People on this forum, from what I have seen and read, always seem to say NO!!! to anyone who asks if they can afford the 350z or 370z, they act as if the car is expensive, and unless you are making really good money on a monthly basis, then you cannot afford one
Stop acting as if the car is a BMW or Mercedes lol is a poor man's overpriced Nissan, which can be easily bought for 25k, even 21k nowadays. It probably cost only $10-15k for Nissan to produce a new 370z
The 350z, even cheaper than that
