Default To buy or not to buy? First Z!

Hey guys as you all probably have seen I have shopping around a lot and asking a lot of advice. I think I have found the right one now. Any input is greatly appreciate by you experts. Thanks.
2003
Touring
128k miles
Super black
6 speed.
This car is black and manual like I wanted and has a plethora of tasteful modifications.
Mods:
Mechanical:
Turbo xs full exhaust
Jwt pop charger
Red tien lowering springs
Cosmetic:
Hr hood
Hr headlights with 6k and 8k bulbs
Hr led tail lights
Wing(i think it's a stillen if anyone can confirm.)
Greddy side skirts confirmed
Aftermarket front bumper ( I think it's a greedy as well but he said that was one of the few things he didn't ad so if you guys could confirm that as well.
REAL volk wheels look amazing! And I know these are not cheap.
Tint all around, kickers in the back, aftermarket shift ****, and aftermarket radio.
Probably a couple other small things just can't think of them.
Went and checked out the car yesterday, sounds and feels great. Drove it and he is ready to sell. Opinions? I talked him down to 6500. Thanks!

He also has a custom fit car cover and a motor dyne spacer to throw into the deal. Thanks!

$6500? Wow, that's a steal. Go for it.

Personally, I think it's a shame these cars are getting so cheap now. Makes me sad.

Thanks for the replies ! I will ask him about the springs. I looked and they are in fact red and it is definetly lowered, he might have got the brand mixed up

Seems like a great deal, however it's raising concerns on why he's willing to let it go for so cheap.

Seems too good to be true but if you have checked all possibilities, maybe he just needs the cash fast.

All those newer parts on an 03 makes me wonder.

If the VIN and everything else comes back good and he's the true titled owner, I say buy the car. You can always mod it better once you get it.

I figure if I wanted it to go back to stop, I could sell the time attacks, turbo xs catback (which everyone is hunting for since they discontinued them) I saw why though it is the best sounding exhaust to me for the 350) and I could end up buying the car for 4500 lol

Aerosync front bumper, I believe. Looks like he got clear side markers, which is better than the OEM orange.

Also, aftermarket side skirts look nice. I like em.

All fitment looks pretty good too. Couple scratches here and there but for the price can't beat it

Also on rear bumper the turn signals only have a tint film that can be peeled off so they would match front turn signals
