I wouldn't buy any car with those mods, regardless of price. It's got what look like 20" wheels, shitty Chinese headlights, cheap Chinese coilovers, aftermarket steering wheel w/o airbag . . .
Even if it was totally stock, it would be maybe an $8K car at best. It's 12 or 13 years old. For $15.5k you could find an '07 HR if you had some patience.

03 Daytona blue Touring 6MT 105xxx kms with an legit hks exhaust, and then some cheap xxr rims that I'm not overly fond of and some other small mods but can't complain for the deal i got

yeah the market for these in western Canada is tough at the moment, managed to find and get a great deal on my friends car due to him moving for work and needing a truck asap
