Why? I wouldn't buy a car with a missing airbag and that "Nardi" wheel is a cheap Chinese knock-ff, BTW. Some decent mods, and some ricey stuff that I just wouldn't want to see on my car. Also, from the non-original nose, description of the front fenders, slow-retracting seatbelt (and missing airbag), I'd guarantee there was a front-end collision you're not being told about. Pass.
