Question Looking into buying an '08 Track

Hey everyone,

Canadian currently living in Melbourne Australia and I think I have found myself a gem.

2008 HR only 33,000 kms, immaculate condition asking for a reasonable amount.

What are some things to consider and look for when buying an HR?
What are the questions I should ask the owner that are unique to owning an HR?

Your help maybe just be the reason I buy, or walk away from this car!

Thanks x

ask if it has the oem slave or not... more than likely it is just a matter of time before it fails on you

You mean 2008 'NISMO'. No Track trim in 2008. http://www.ruelspot.com/wp-content/u...d-features.png

Not sure about this but I don't think the 350Z Nismo was sold in Australia. (Need confirmation from our Australian Z brethren.) On the other hand, it's probably easier to obtain a Nissan 380RS in Australia due to it's proximity to and possible lower restrictions on imports from Japan directly. Again, just speculation.

My understanding is (again, not confirmed) that the Track trim WAS available in AU from '07 to end of run ('09) and that a Nismo version Z didn't officially go there until just the last year or two.
