How easy is it too put Brembo's on a non Brembo equiped model?
or
Is there a better option than Brembo that's straight forward?

I'm Planing on Importing a 2003-2004 in the spring.

Welcome- for a BBK, the OEM Brembos are hard to beat for a straightforward and affordable upgrade for a Z33. Where are you planning to import an '03-04 350Z to?

Fairly easy - all caliper bolts are accessible without having to remove anything else, the new rotors will not clear OE dust shields but those are easy to trim/bend out of the way.

If not, I will redo my brakes in a different fashion. I will buy the parking brake kit + shoes at Z1 Motorsports, then red calipers on e-bay, followed by the break kit at Z1 again.

Please don't buy anything brake wise from Ebay you'll regret it just stick with the Oem Brembo's made for the Z people on this site are selling them quite often!!!

What's wrong with your brakes that you need to buy new rear calipers and rebuild the parking brake?

It's mainly because the discs are in bad shape that I started to think about this. Then my thought was, since I'm messing with it, why not adding, besides new discs and pads, a nice painted caliper and redo the parking brake. What got my attention was that the parking brake kit isn't expensive. The calipers are definitively optional.
It's my honeymoon period, since I got the car less than a month ago.

I'd recommend you save your money for now and just start with new discs and pads, then put some miles on those before you decide to replace anything else. Remember to properly bed your new rotors and pads as soon as you install them! If your ebrake won't hold the car, it's very easy to adjust if you have a safe way of getting the wheels off the ground. If the adjustment doesn't do the trick, then you can look into replacing the shoes, but I would be surprised if the springs need replacing as well. As for getting some color on your calipers, you can high-temp rattle can them whatever color you want, as long as you don't get paint on the slide pins or pad clips/journals then it won't have any ill effects on your brake performance. Spend $15 on some high temp paint, scotchbright pads, and some brake clean to prep them for paint, and you can get that project done in a couple hours without having to install new calipers or bleed your brake system. They may not look QUITE as good as the ebay calipers, but sliding calipers don't really look that good anyways.

Also, in my opinion, red sliding calipers look bad on any car. Even the new A45 AMG's with 6p Brembos out front look goofy with their little red sliding calipers out back. I'd stick with silver or black depending on the color of the car, but again, this is one mans opinion, do whatever makes you happy!

Thanks bud, I'm glad you are putting some reasoning in my mind. You are correct, the right thing for me to do is change discs and pads. I think I will go that way, and just clean the calipers well.
Yeahhh, red calipers are somewhat too much; but again, I'm still in the beginning stages of it.
