Light scratches - Meguire's Deep Crystal Solution

I completed the 3-step Deep Crystal system on my car a couple weeks back but am noticing a couple of light swirl marks on the car.

Will another coat of wax fix this? Can I hit it with polish and then wax? or do I have to go throught the entire process again?
