Good read. =) I don't use either. =P

Try this one.

Personally, longevity and ease of use was the reason I switched from Meguiars. Zaino on my personal car holds up much better, and is much easier on, and definitely off.

One drawback of the Zaino is needing to wait a minimum of 6 hours between coats of Z5 or Z2, even though multiple coats are recommended for a high gloss. Another is its cost. So, we come back to the old adage - "if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is." Zaino is nice, but expensive stuff. If you expect it to be noticeably difference from less expensive, more readily available products, you may be dissapointed
I'm not sure where he got this but you certainly do NOT have to wait 6 hours between coats! He didn't use the ZFX which would cut down on this time BIG TIME.

Also, It doesn't appear he applied the Z-6 between each layer. This makes a big difference in shine.

As for swirls, the Z-5 does a decent job. Don't know how well the Meguiars does.

As the other test posted by Mannish says, Zaino is really very durable. I don't think it shines any better than the Meguiars, but IMO it lasts longer. I now have 20 coats and still going strong.

A friend of mine last month turned me onto trying rain X wax it's pretty hard to find the only place that had it locally for me is R& S. Strauss and they only had one left, I picked up the spray bottle it comes out like cheese whiz but it really does work excellent you have to wipe it off A second time to get it even. I've tried a lot of waxes over the years and I would say it's the best of tried so far.

I did my first coats on my last car in the summer, and waited no more than 1 hour between coats without ZFX. Worked just fine.

This time of year, though, you'd probably need to wait longer. I didn't get ZFX when I originally ordered, but I may try it when I restock my Z6 (order more than one bottle of Z6 when ordering is my advice).

I agree. You'll use more Z-6 than anything. It's great!
