OK to use Meguire's Carwash w/ Zaino?
 

Curious to know since I'm running a bit low on Zaino Z-7 car wash (I'll have to re-order some soon) is it okay to use say some other car wash like Meguire's on my car in the mean time? This won't strip off all the Zaino layers?

True! The nitwits at my dealership washed my car (with God knows what) without informing me about it. I was a little worried, but when I washed the car last weekend to put on layers 4 & 5 of Z2 I immediately noticed that Zaino water beading action during the pre-soap stage of my detailing process.
Gotta love it!

I recently bought some of the Meguires Deep Crystal to use on my other Zainoed cars and it hasn't appeared to be a problem. Reading the label on the Megs led me to believe it was safe.

Most of Meguiars washes are safe for their wax and polish so it won't affect the Zaino
