Upper Radiator Hose w/temp sensor fitting
 

I had this on the car for a few years. I cannot remember the brand name for the life of me. I remember when I bought it though it was around $100 and I had to wait a couple months for it. There is a tiny tear on the outside of it, but its not punctured all the way through and does not leak. You can see it in the pics below. Other than that, its perfectly fine. Looking for $45 shipped.
