1st time out, no ET's just open runs..
 

Every friday here just $5 open runs for the night, but they don't run the tree, street racing style w/ flagger and flashing light at the end for winner...

So 1st run try VCD on, little spin and BIG BOG DOWN...learned that sucks!!

So rest of night VCD off and found 3500-4k pretty decent launch point w/ spin but not too much.

hit limiter a few times, this car is hard to judge since it keeps pulling hard..I hate the gearing by barely getting into 4th kinda sucks...

Best race side by side Porsche Boxter, thought I would get killed, I took him by a car :icon38: sadly there was a built F'in Ford Focus w/ 60shot..got me by like 3 cars...I did beat up on my old turbo integra gsr ( funny thing I built this car and has gone through 3 owners, I ran 12.8's 110mph @ 9psi on MT's when I had it, so major issues and low boost now ) , Miata, Thunderbird, raced a few streetbikes they gave me like 4 second head start, still lost...but all in all good learning experience and had fun'

So different than launching my Subaru WRX, I miss the instant traction, off the line acceleration.

Very interesting racing. Never heard of it. You race heads-up but get no time slip?

It is pretty cool, called Friday Night Street Racing, heads up, line up anyone , no eliminations all night long for $5 !!!

Gets people off the streets and is cheap !!
