Not yet. But when jdifolco runs 2.0 seconds he will surely kick my butt.

hehe... 13.64 used to be a great time for an n/a Z.

For the 07' it is just an all right time.

Agree it is not pitiful, there will be worst than this, but there will definitely be better too.

Just wait untill you throw a few popchargers on there, low 12's will be in reach.

Holy ****. This is really exciting news to hear.

Anyone know how hard it would be to trade in an 03 Touring with 43k on the clock for a new 07?

How many runs did you get? I was thinking of running my 06? Since I don't have a helmet can will they rent one?

CONGRATS!!!

That is a real nice for the new 07. I cant wait to see what these cars do once mods and slicks or DR's come into play.

Yep, once you get that 60ft down you should be 13.3 easly.

Later

are u shifting at the redline? cause i have an 07 and it feels like it hits the fuel cut before the redline. to me it seems the quickest shifting at about 7250, but i didn't really get a chance to play with that much cause i just finished break in on sunday night and the weather has been crap since.

the next test n tune at the local track is on march 18th, i'm gonna try to make it out if the weather permits, hopefully the weather will let me get some practice in before then to

Yea I know what you mean redline comes fast. I shift a little before like you said because by the time you react and actually shift its basically at redline... For some reason the shift light seems a bit off or maybe its just me going crazy :

i just got back from raping my z and i can't get a good launch for anything, maybe it being near freezing has something to do with it. it seems i get the best results (still not that great) slipping the clutch a hair under 2k and shifting about 2-3 hairs under the redline

a friend of mine has an 04 z (stock) and i was able to launch his near perfect from the first try and every time after that, but i never drove it in near freezing temps

another thing thats killing me is wheel hop, I HATE IT
