Who Has Michelin PS2's?
Has anyone used Michelin PS2's at the strip? I just had my tires replaced and wondering if they would perform well on the strip for a street tire.
So far what I can tell, it is a MAJOR upgrade in the twisties compared to my old Goodyear RS-A's. In other words, anyone have any success with these tires at the strip? 60ft's? In the mean time, I'm saving up for a decent set of drag radials. |
How did your previous tires do "on the strip?"

LOL. This weekend? No. The 370Z has about 1,800 miles. Too few for drag racing.

street tires are street tires when it comes to the drag strip, I've used probably 8 different street tires at the drag strip and never had anything better to say about one than another. how I got off the line depended almost solely on technique and track conditions (and how well I was able to stay out of any water put down by previous cars and stay in the groove). in fact my absolute best street tire 60' ever came on probably the 'worst' set of street tires I've owned (some piece of crap Goodrich Regency All Season that were on a winter beater when I bought it). strange but true.
