Problem with wheel air sensor's.

I just put some tires on my stock Z rims and i put them on the car and the air pressure is reading but the psi light wont go away. the little tire with 2 arrows inside.

I herd theres a way to resset the monitor does anyone know how?
Or what i should do.

Also how do u figure out which tire it is that is doing it.
Any help would be big.

Thanks.

Are you talking about the TPMS? Just disconnect the battery and that'll reset any codes it's throwing. If it pops up again after that then double check to make sure they're secure or even faulty.

Didn't work, looks like I'm taking it to dealer which I hate doing.

they dont work for me, they work for maybe 3 hours of diving then light comes on, but im thinking it could be due to me driving on 285 tires? went to dealer 2se for reset, same thing, sensors are fine as well...

not the tires, i am running 285's as well, no probs

it's reading air pressure and their all at 35 psi. Under 27 I think it goes off and shows light. But since they put my tires on the light doesn't go away. I was thinking maybe the core in the air stem they might of put wrong ones in. Cuz when I take my digital air pressure ready to the stem it's almost impossible to get a reading on 1 of the tires.

This system is to tempermental. Let's not forget the airbag system, iv had a flashing airbag light 4 a while.

You should take it back to the shop who mounted your tires and ask that they check that one tire.
Did you have an aftermarket steering wheel put in?.. if so, you can manually reset the Air Bag light..
search on it..

could be some problem with that one valve stem maybe? i've put on various aftermarket rim and oem rim combos on my car, and everytime when 4 good sensors are "seen" by the car, the tpms light will go off after a couple of minutes of driving.

i suggest taking it back to the ship where you got it done and have them take a look at it.

fixed. i changed the cores and resset the monitoring system.
