Wow .. never had this happend to me ever .. but last night driving home my tire blew out .. less than 2 seasons. Dont have a clue how this would have happened.
The Z is safe .. the volks are safe .. guess its time for some new rubber :) thinking 285's this time. |
Negative camber, plus a little toe, throw in a stretched tire, and maybe low tire pressure.
I could see a tire doing that to you. Obvious signs of wear are on the inside of the tire. |
Yeah dude the insides of those were toast... still a bit of a rarity though. You need an adjustment, count your lucky stars this wasn't a far more negative situation though.

You need an alignment. You almost toasted a VOLK! I would throw up....

I was on used Generals, exact same thing happened to me.... After getting new rubber, I promptly got a camber kit, I know there's advantages of negative camber but blowing a tire on the highway is freaky....
