So I'm an idiot (When it comes to tensioner pulleys)

So the other day I just got finished installing my plenum spacer, cat-back exhaust and underdrive pulley. I figured installing all at the same time would give me a better perspective on the gains they give me. Anywho, I went for a drive in the country last night, and I heard a pop! My power steering went dead and my battery and brake warning lights came on. I figured "Oh s**t, I just snapped a belt, maybe I tightened it too much?" I get out of the car and the belt was in perfect condition. But, the tensioner pulley on the left (Looking towards the back) came off of it's axel! No biggy, I could just go home and take about 30min to tighten it and put it back on. Wrong! I think I am missing a washer/spacer when it popped of because the pulley now sits too flush against the guide arm and won't turn when tightened. I found one of the pulley washer/spacers in the engine bay and the other is missing (if there is another one)

My question is: Are there two spacers on each pulley tensioner or just one on the left (Alternater, power steering, etc.) and two on the right (AC).

The way I look at it is that the tensioner pulley is in this order

[Engine] --> Washer/Spacer --> Pulley --> Washer/Spacer --> Nut
(Is this right?)

My 2nd Question: Does anyone know the torque specs on tightening the tensioner pulleys.

look at the other pulley tensioner on the right hand side, they should be identical.
as far as torque specs...i only used my fingers to gauge the belt tension. They should still give a little even when tightened. New belts will give within two weeks cuz they would squeal like a mother if too loose. Its better to be a little loose as long as it doesn't squeal.

if worse comes to worse, transfer your ac pulley over to the left, you wont have ac but your car can be driven until you fix the other issue.

Thanks for the feedback. I think today after work I'm going to go to Nissan to see if they can sell me another spacer and cover. If not, autozone or lowe's for a thick washer.

Taking the AC pulley off is not even an option for me, living in St. Louis the humidity is Atrocious!!! Thanks for the thought though.

P.S. The intake plenum spacer is bad as hell! My engine ROARS way louder now. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for anyone who doesn't have one!!!!
