Sorry for the late chime in here guys, i just was reading up on some posts, came accross this, and wanted to let you know that even I have just found an oil seal issue on my Z....
I have the KJR too, but was running it for oh...nearly 2.5 years. I don't know if the leak has been going on for a while or not, but it's pretty bad now. So simple fix early next week will solve it. Just wanted to chime in that it can happen to anyone

Yeah Tony, what's the fix, the '99189 speedi-sleeve' from Baum Hydraulics?
Or for people who just want to get a full replacement, will this work?

We've had many problems w/ the KJR pulleys, we just replace them w/ UR pulleys and a new crank seal... Result = Best Quality Pulley, No Leaks, No problems, Proven HP Gains, and UR Warranty. Enjoy
Here's the seal, and the pulleys to fix the KJR issue. You can also go back to the stock pulley w/ a new seal to fix the issue.
Seal:

simple fix AS IN swapping out the oil seal, etc... and removing the pulley, sorry I did not mean to elude to any other probable fixes for the issue, i just meant that it's a reletively simple thing to fix in general, considering I was expecting worse news with regards to oil loss lol

Well, I have Pm'd KJR to no avail... No reply. Oh well, it's all over now, car's fixed.
here are some pics of the KJR pulley when it came off, you can see there are two areas where it was being cut into...

I say go with UR and never worry about it again. That's what I'm doing.

I didn't bother going with a new pulley, so i just put the OE one back on. 1) i need the car back quickly, 2) now that I drive with the OE on there, it's not a real noticeable difference in my car with the blower n e ways....
I'm happy that the OE will not have the issue.
But I'll keep trying to contact KJR for everyone on here too...

Horrible company and 0 customer service!
