Hey, just purchased and installed the Revo short shifter. Man this thing is sweet my throw has been about halved and it gives great gear feed and haven't missed a shift yet, feels BETTER than stock, imo. Takes a bit of getting used to it makes the shift patten a lot tighter, but great of road/scca/drag racing.

I sold one recently, seemed like too much install work considering the z car has a fairly short throw from the factory.

just so all know it took me about 30min. to install. I used a 3/8 ratchet 10mm deep socket a 13mm wrench and 13mm shallow socket and a flat head screwdriver bam bam done. The hardest part was removing the shift knob used a vise and some muscle for that.

I bought my 07 Z about 3 months ago. Immediate thing in noticed was the looseness in the shifter. It was pretty good, but could be alot better.

Did my research and decided on the TWM shifter. It tightened the shifter up perfectly, shortened my throw, and feels just like a sports car should. No vibrations, rattles, etc.... Just need to spend some $ for a weighted shift knob and we'll be doing really good.
