iStan Feb 26, 2008 06:50 PM

DBTRACK Feb 26, 2008 06:55 PM

Whoa....75hp!!! So i guess each turbo only gives it 37.5hp so he opted for 2 ;)

aggietsi Feb 26, 2008 06:56 PM

I should go by and see it tomorrow. That would be fun.

boostdaddy Feb 26, 2008 07:05 PM

"He has added a Flowmaster Super 40 exhaust system, custom cold air intake tube with a high flow/cold air filter and twin electronic intake turbos with a dash mounted on/off switch. This gives an already exhilarating ride another 75 hp.

craigo'sznprgrs Feb 27, 2008 06:15 AM

That made me sad, really sad. People should not...eh...just too sad to complete the sentence.

What losers!

i bought a frontier new back in 2003 spent around $6,000 on it- then sold it to a dealership.

the dealership said it was a supercharged solid axle swap frontier with over 15,000 dollars in it

:icon22:

BeejZ Feb 27, 2008 07:25 AM

That is sweet.

NISMO_558 Feb 27, 2008 11:42 AM

just think if it had an HR motor, you could have 4 of these and an extra 150 hp

BrazenZ Feb 28, 2008 04:55 AM

Twin Turbonators FTW!

To the OP, you might be right the moderators may want to move this thread over to FI :)

Escobar Feb 29, 2008 08:41 AM

wtc?

jonnylaw Feb 29, 2008 10:25 AM

:icon22: This is just as bad as the ebay seller that was selling his basically stock G with a description that it was a JDM skyline with Calsonic exhuast, key fob, etc (OEM!) and inflated the price like $10k. What a joke.

There's his turbo on/off switches.

So it'd fairly obvious that those electric "turbo"s aren't producing 75HP...but FWIW the electric fan idea for FI has been proven to work (when done properly) - there's plenty of electric fans that can flow enough to provide real boost.

Mabye like 1psi at most, I dont think an electric blower can make 75 hp to the wheels.
